The Department of Psychology at the University of South Florida, Tampa Campus seeks to fill a renewable 9-month, full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Instruction position to begin on August 7th, 2024.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Psychology or a related discipline and be qualified to perform assigned duties by the time of the appointment. The successful applicant must be able to teach a variety of undergraduate courses (four courses in the fall; three courses in the spring) and will provide additional departmental service. The area of specialty is open, but preference will be given to applicants with interest or experience teaching Psychological Tests and Measurement, Research Methods in Psychology, Experimental Design and Analysis, and Introduction to Psychological Science.

Salary is negotiable. The position will close, and review of applications will begin on December 11, 2023. Applications received after December 11th, 2023, may be reviewed and advanced, in cases of compelling merit, up to the conclusion of the search process.
